Frank Parker- A brother, son and friend who lost his life to a gunshot wound to the leg.
Frank was energetic and was quick-witted and missed by his four brothers and mother and a cousins who are like
Frank was 20 years old, full of life. His assailant has never been found.

Quote from his mother Gayle Parker "I LOST MY SON THROUGH GUN VIOLENCE HE WAS A SWEET LOVING CHARMING LITTLE GUY. WITH A VERY BIG HEART. HE WAS OUR LOVE.
HE HAD That PRETTY SMILE. HE LOVEd TO JOKE .HE LOVE TOO SKATE. AND BOWL. HE Loved to party. HE WAS HE CREAM OF MY SOUL. HE WAS DOING EVERYTHING Right. HE loved his FAMILIES HIS FRIENDS COUSIN AUNTS AND UNCLES ,GRANDMA .
WE MISS HIM SOOOOO MUCH .
